The Apple and ginger cleanse- only needs to be completed once a week and has a type of dietary fiber that binds waste material together. This can make it easier for the waste to be flushed from your body. To make the apple and ginger cleanse you need, eight ounces of or organic apple juice with one teaspoon of ground ginger and ground psyllium husk. Mix with a spoon, or you can blend at a low speed. After drinking, you should drink plenty of water throughout the day, this will help to keep your digestive system moving.

Apple Cider Vinegar & Honey Cleanse- is also great for cleansing your body naturally and losing weight. This can be done 3-5 times a day preferably before and between meals. To make the cleanse mix 2 tablespoons of raw organic apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon organic honey, half teaspoon cinnamon and half of a freshly squeezed lemon and mix this with 8 oz. of water.

Flax seed cleanse-This cleanse also can help you lower your blood pressure and improve your Cholesterol. To make you need 1 liter of boiling water and mix into your pot -3 spoons of flax seed, 1 cucumber, some parsley or cilantro, 1 fresh lemon, 1 tbsp. grated ginger, 1 tbsp aloe Vera juice, and let boil for 5 to 10 mins before poring some of your mix into a half of a glass of fresh water. This cleanse is said to work best taken a hour before bed.

The lemonade cleanse-  is one of the most popular and well-known cleanses, it is said to help you flush toxins from your body and help you with weight loss.  To make one glass of the lemonade, mix four tablespoons of lemon juice, half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper and half a teaspoon of organic maple syrup into a ten-ounce glass of water. You will drink this for a period of three to ten days.

         The green smoothie cleanse- this smoothie is a great natural and healthy way to cleanse your body. You can replace one meal a day with this great energy-boosting drink. To make the smoothie you will combine: One cup of kale, one chopped granny smith apple, one ripe banana and half a cup of, flat-leafed parsley in a blender. Blend until smooth, you can add more water if it is to thick.

Lifestyle choices

Exercising– is one of the healthiest, and natural ways to cleanse the body this helps you lose weight and release toxins’ that have built up in your body. Working out 30 mins a day can improve the circulation and digestion the 2 body functions that are a important process of natural cleansing.

Acupuncture- can help to cleanse the body by focusing on pressure points where toxins build up. This has been known to help treat other problems such as sinus blockage and fertility problems.

A intense massage– can remove toxins from the body naturally. The massage needs to focus on pressure points where toxins are usually deep in the muscles. Make sure you have a massage therapist who has experience with toxin-releasing.
